Jacqui Rowles – Director of Sales
Jacqui has lived and worked in the Westhoughton area for 30 years. During this time Jacqui has amassed a wealth of contacts and property experience across all areas in Westhoughton, Bolton, Wigan and Leigh. As a family businesswoman, Jacqui believes her team stand out from the competition by excelling at cutting through the jargon and offering an experienced, personable and professional service to vendors, landlords, buyers and renters alike.
Lisa Rowles – Director of Lettings
Lisa joined Copelands in 1998 and is responsible for the growth and management of the lettings business. She has over 15 years experience in property lettings & management, block management, maintenance & refurbishment. Her experience in dealing with a wide range of landlords and tenants provides her with the ideal background to lead the Copelands Lettings Team.
Catherine Ollerton – Sales Negotiator
Catherine joined Copelands in 2005 as a lettings negotiator. Before starting her career in estate agency she studied and worked within the hospitality industry
As one of the companies long standing members of staff, her hard work and determination has seen her hold many positions within the lettings department. In November 2017 Catherine went on to further enhance her career and joined the Sales Team, and has already made her mark! In no time at all she has rapidly developed her skills and industry knowledge in that side of the business.
Catherine prides herself in providing an excellent customer service. She has a delightful personality and is respected by clients and staff members alike
On a personal note, Catherine dotes on her three gorgeous children. She is also a keen rounder’s player and plays for a local ladies team and apparently is VERY competitive!!
Loraine Walsh – Lettings Property Inspector
Loraine joined Copelands in February 2017.
Whilst this is her first position in this industry, and she has definitely found her vocation!! She brings a wealth of sales, account management and marketing experience from previous careers and is always up for a challenge.
Her primary role in the business is Property Inspector, however she also covers all Lettings and Sales negotiation tasks.
Keen to strive for a work life balance… Loraine loves to travel. She also enjoys nice food and good wine and is always up for a team night out!
Codie Quinn – Trainee Lettings Assistant
Codie completed one weeks work experience with the company while still at High School during July 2018.
As soon as a Saturday position became available, both Directors had no hesitation in offering Codie the job opportunity due to her hard work, commitment and showing great maturity.
Codie is currently studying her A-levels and also volunteers at her local Youth Club. In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and going out for meals.
Frankie & Piper – Security Team
As the newest members of our team they are keen to make an impression and take their rolls very seriously (as long as they are given lots of attention and treats). We all love them in their new uniforms but not sure they feel the same.
